Jill Waltz

Ms. Waltz is a founding partner of The Waltz Law Group. She focuses her practice on insurance coverage and defense litigation, commercial litigation and business issues. She has had significant experience in private practice representing insurance companies throughout the United States with first party and third party claims. She has advised clients on claims handling issues and reviewed and analyzed insurance policies and other documents in order to draft formal coverage assessments. She also routinely assists clients with insurance regulatory and compliance matters for the formulation of new policy provisions.

Ms. Waltz has significant experience in commercial litigation, including class action, multi-district and complex litigation. She also has advised clients on business law and transactions, contract drafting and review and wills and estate planning. In addition to her legal work, Ms. Waltz enjoys developing and delivering presentations to clients and colleagues on unique and emerging legal issues.
